When Good Trips Go Bad… And Then Get Good Again

Friday, November 15th, 2013

cloud icon with design on blue sky backgroundAnyone who has ever been on a trip to anywhere probably knows that when you travel, things don’t always go as planned. Luggage gets lost, flights get delayed, taxi cab drivers render you helpless and afraid for your life, and once in a blue moon, the United States Government shuts down.

Every Reserve123 Team member is dedicated to ensuring the arrangements we make for our customers go off without a hitch, and if there is some sort of mishap, we work our best to correct the issue and get things back on track. Unfortunately, we couldn’t quite correct the Government Shutdown issue (although, many of us likely had downright brilliant ideas regarding a resolution), so closures and cancellations began to affect our customers’ reservations.

To our delight, we were able to help one of our groups make the most of their trip, despite the ongoing fiasco in our nation’s capitol. (more…)

St. Louis Sights

Tuesday, December 30th, 2008

To visit St. Louis is to experience the true uniqueness of the Missouri landscape lined with beautiful architectural pieces that define the city and contribute to its distinctiveness.  St. Louis is a modern city whose focus is primarily on medicine and biotechnology.  However, there is a strong historic influence there as well.  Along Route 66, you will pass by some bowling alleys, motels, and other venues that have managed to hold onto their 1950s feel.

For a closer look at the city’s architectural prowess, take the St. Louis Architecture Tour by SUV.  The tour will take you to the city’s most distinguished buildings from old to new, including Sugar Loaf Mound, Grant’s Farm House, Forest Park and Bevo Hill, among others.  You will also visit all three St. Louis Water Towers.  This is important because only seven historic standpipe towers in the entire United States have survived to this day.

These tours carry only two to six passengers, so groups are intimate enough to ask questions and large enough for you to gain the experience and expertise of others on the trip including your knowledgeable tour guide who will also be present to steer you in the right direction.

If you are dying to take a more nontraditional tour but aren’t sure where to start, try out the St. Louis Beer Lovers Tour.  Throughout the day you will sample a variety of beers from large and small breweries as you travel to Anheuser-Busch, Schlafly, Trailhead, and more.  This trip is personalized to fit the needs of your small group.

As you can see, there is much fun to be had on your visit to Missouri, if you know where to look.  Why not start your trip out right by researching your options ahead of time? Check out www.stlouistours.net for more details and to reserve tickets for your best tours yet!
